Blanca Restaurant

Rebillion

The building that now houses Rebillion has an historic designation. Before the Avalon was built the building was white and had been the Blanca Restaurant. Some time ago the owners applied to the Historical Affairs and Landmark Review Board to make some changes to the exterior. The Review Board supplied some design suggestions.

The building had extensive interior renovations before it opened as the Brickhause. The Brickhause was owned by Tony Wagner who also owned Twisted Vines which was across the road from Pike Park. Wagner closed both Twisted Vines and Brickhause to open Josephine's Italian Kitchen in December 2018 which was in Penrose Square. Josephen's closed in June 2019.
